Apologies for the long delay!
The videos were ready to download at the end of November 2018. However, it turned out that none of the companies around us transcode videos from PAL (EU) to NTSC (US) so we needed to figure out the transcoding for ourselves. We were not prepared for this. We did several tests in January, but wasn’t pleased with the results compared to the original footage. Finally we found the solution. We sent out some test DVD copies to some of our friends and colleagues in the US. We got good feedback. So we’re back on track.
So sorry for the long delay! This is our very first time we ship NTSC DVDs.
We have now all the necessary knowledge for the next project.
We do hope that you managed to download the video in the meantime. If you play the video in your computer there won’t be any TV system (PAL-NTSC) issues.
